Exchange Policy – MENLIKE

 Replacement 

In the following events, when the item is delivered to you:
  • Items that are physically damaged or defective;
  • Items that are wrongly delivered;
  • Wrong Color;
  • Wrong Style;
  • Wrong Size; or
  • Wrong Quantity
We will replace the items with new items of your choice in accordance with this Policy.

WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR COLOR SELECTION OR SIZE ISSUE, WE CAN ASSIST YOU WITH REPLACEMENT, EXCHANGE OR CREDIT NOTE

Replacement policy:

"We strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery

Exchange fee: ₹99 for the first piece, plus ₹99 for each additional piece.

For product replacement, customers can return any item by clicking on the “RETURN/EXCHANGE” menu in our website’s footer. Enter your order ID and registered email ID or contact number to fetch the order details. Select the item you want to replace and provide the reason for replacement for feedback purposes. You can then choose the same product in a different size.

Note: Please provide a clear image of the product along with the clothing tag. Products without tags will not be eligible for replacement.

Return & Exchange Terms & Conditions (Simplified):

  1. Credit Note: If you don’t want a replacement, we’ll provide a one-time credit note valid for 1 year.
  2. Timeframe: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 1 days of delivery.
  3. Product Condition: Products must be unwashed, unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and tags intact.
  4. Tag Policy: Items without tags will not be accepted. Check before cutting the tag.

Cancellation Policy (Simplified):

  1. Order Cancellation:

    • You can cancel your order before it has been shipped by emailing menlikeforyou@gmail.com with your Order No. and registered email ID.
    • Cancellation requests will be processed within 1-2 business days.

  2. Refund Process:

    • Once the cancellation is confirmed, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 4-7 days (bank processing times may vary).
    • A confirmation email will be sent upon cancellation.

  3. Cancellation by Us:

    • We reserve the right to cancel your order and will notify you via your registered email.
    • In such cases, you can either place a new order with necessary adjustments or request a refund.

NOTE:

  • We do not provide replacement on exchange in color.
  • If the customer is willing to send the return product from their end, then replacement we can provide but not otherwise
